My yoga classes are varied and include Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayamas (breathing techniques), my philosophical approach and the sequence of events are always topic-related. My main concern is to find back to my own centre through “silence” in order to strengthen the path of the heart and to maintain and increase health on all levels.
