This is an opportunity to establish a regular Yoga Nidra practice in your life. It will help you slow the mind, calm the nervous system and allow for radical restoration. It’s the ultimate highway to greater joy, freshness & relaxation. Studies have shown that Yoga Nidra is an incredibly effective remedy for insomnia, depression and anxiety. It can also help process heavy emotions, assist with pain management, and allow you to connect with your creativity, clarity, center, and the deeper, more peaceful currents of life even in the midst of chaos.
What does a yoga nidra session look like? You will lie relaxed and I will guide you. We will journey to the Higher Self, fly an eagle flight, go into oneness.
